It’s Friday! While I’m not really feeling the fitness blogging thing right now I’m going to follow through and link up with the lovely Aubrey Leigh.
I’ve been eating crap all week (seriously). For most of the week I overindulged just because it was here. We had lots of post party treats lying around and I kept grabbing a handful here, a bite there etc.
Today was different. It was an emotional, stressful day (we’re all ok, life is just hard sometimes). There were brownies at work and cookie dough at home. I gave myself full permission to eat my feelings today. Tomorrow will be a day of celebrations. Sunday? For realz, back to reality. Menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep.
Do you ever just have to give in and give yourself permission to eat your feelings?
