Saturday was a rest day. I spent some time foam rolling my legs. Friday was a heavy leg day and I knew I wanted to enjoy my hike on Sunday.
Wednesday I started my second week of Superheroine Fitness, a repeat of Episode One, Adventure One. I was able to increase my weight on pretty much everything.
Thursday I had planned to go to take a yoga class or go for a walk then it started raining at the exact moment HH asked me to join him for pizza. So it was another rest day.
There’s my week’s workouts! I’m really pleased that I got a hike in as well as all my scheduled lifting days. I would have liked to have gotten a little movement in on Tuesday or Thursday but I rarely get kiddo free nights out so I’ve got to take ’em when I can.
