Happy Friday!! This week I got most of my planned workouts in but also did a good job of listening to my body.
Saturday night I went to the gym and did MWGTST Level 2, Workout 2. It was fun and I felt good.
Sunday I ran just over 2 miles I felt strong and fast and had a great run!
Monday was MWGTST Level 2, Workout 1. I was dragging. It took everything I had to finish. Here’s a picture of me trying to give myself a pep talk in the parking lot just so I’d go in.
Tuesday I had the day off so I was able to go for my run later in the morning. I ran 2.3 miles and felt strong.
Wednesday I felt kinda lousy all day. I was tired and had an upset stomach so took the day as a rest day. I was scheduled to lift but I listened to my body.
Thursday morning was an event at Girlie’s school so I didn’t have time for a run. I did have time to take Spenser for a walk.
Then I did Tina’s quick kettlebell workout after work. Which made Gwen and Spenser curious. They wanted to play too. (Notice who has all the dog toys.)
Friday is my scheduled rest day. So here we are. How were your workouts this week? Anything fun? Any quick kettlebell workouts to share? I got this set at Aldi a couple of weeks ago and I’m loving the convenience of having them in my office.
