Monday Morning Coffee Break: So Many Recipes

July 23, 2018 By Kristen Leave a Comment

Happy Monday! I’ve got so many recipes saved right now that I want to try that I decided to dedicate a whole Monday Morning Coffee Break post to them!

I made similar fish tacos to these from SkinnyTaste. They came out amazing.

This beef bulgogi from Carlsbad Cravings looks fabulous. I’m going to have to look around for a couple of the ingredients before I add it to our menu.

Burgers for breakfast? Hmm… I’ll give it a shot.

I may hold off until the weather cools off to make these long roasted chicken thighs from Catherine Newman’s new project.

With the heat of Florida summer I’ve been loving watermelon salad. This chile-lime melon salad from smitten kitchen sounds like a wonderful twist.

We all love tiramisu in our house so I’m wanting to give The Fit Fork’s No Bake Tiramisu Protein Bars a shot.

We’ve been in a bit of a rut lately so this list of 5 Easy Summer Chicken Recipes caught my eye.

Speaking of chicken, I’ve been meaning to give Rachel’s Perfect Chicken a try for a couple years now. It’s actually on the menu for this week. I’m making a double batch so we have leftovers for chicken caesar wraps the next night.

Here’s this week’s menu while I’m at it.

Sunday: Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Caesar Salad

Monday: Skillet Cooked Pork Chops, Roasted Red Potatoes, Apple and Walnut Salad

Tuesday: Perfect Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Strawberry and Spinach Salad

Wednesday: Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps, Watermelon

Thursday: Publix Meal Kit of choice
